What are the chances of the South seceding from the USA a second
time? In the 1990s and early 2000s you had the League of the South and
the Southern Party, who crusaded for secession and the reestablishment
of the Confederacy. And there are some people in the South today that
want to do it. What are the chances of it happening? Is the USA going
to splinter?
